*Orders under $100 are shipped at a flat rate of $8
*International, Hawaiian and Canadian shipping will be calculated separately.
*UPS can not deliver to PO Boxes.
*Items that are purchased will be shipped within 1-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. All packages will have a tracking number emailed to you once your items are shipped. Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages.
*We also cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to things beyond our control such as hazardous weather or other service interruptions that affect mail delivery.
*We will not be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer during the checkout process. Please make sure your shopping address is correct and that all pertinent information, such as the house number, suite number, or apartment number are included and are correct.

Approved returns are issued as store credit only for the item’s purchase price (excluding shipping and handling).
Items NOT eligible for Return:
Items that were discounted 40% or more are considered FINAL sale. No exceptions. Black Friday, Pink Friday, Small Business Saturday, any other special holiday sales, and doorbusters are considered FINAL SALE. If a Final Sale item is shipped back to us, the item will be marked “Return to Sender” and returned to the sender by the shipping carrier at the expense of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items:
Please contact us within 3 days of receipt if your item arrives damaged or defective. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll provide return instructions and issue a full refund once the item is received.
