We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items can not smell like perfume or body odor. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We hope that you love your purchase, but do understand that returns are sometimes needed. We would love to accommodate you by accepting your return in the form of a store credit. Our return policy states that you can return items within 2 weeks from the original date of purchase as long as they are unworn, do not have stains or odors, have their original tags, and you have your original receipt. All holiday and seasonal items are not eligible for returns. Your credit will be applied for the price of the item and will not include any shipping and handling charges.

We strive to prove the absolute best quality and service. If an item arrives to you in damaged or defective condition, please contact us within 3 days from the original date of purchase and let us know. Please include a picture of the defect and your order number (found at the bottom of every receipt). We will email or call you with instructions for the return for a full refund.
